Fingerprint Card – (FD-258)

At Abbott Biometrics, we value your time and your trust. We provide a comfortable environment with trained fingerprint technicians when you need a printed fingerprint card to take with you.

What is a Fingerprint Card?

Because many organizations require physical copies of your fingerprints, we offer the ability to digitally collect an applicant’s fingerprint images and then print them onto a standard fingerprint card (FD-258).

We can print on fingerprint cards that you provide, or we can provide standard FBI FD-258 cards at no charge to our customers. A service fee of $30 is due at the time fingerprints are taken. All of our technicians are licensed as Live Scan Fingerprint Vendors with the Illinois Department of Financial and Professional Regulation (IDFPR).

What to Bring:

A Picture I.D. – Other forms of identification may be accepted in accordance with Department of Justice regulations. Identification must be valid and current. If you are under the age of 18, you must also have a parent or guardian with you to sign a statement giving us permission to fingerprint you.
